Kim Keys is the owner of Keys Counseling Solutions, a group counseling practice and behavioral health consulting firm. Kim has worked in the counseling field for over 18 years. Kim received her undergraduate degree in Music Therapy from Indiana University – Purdue and her graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling at Idaho State University. She has completed extensive internships at River Oaks hospital in New Orleans as well as Atascadero State Hospital; a maximum security prison for violent sex offenders in California. Kim’s specialties include trauma, forensic populations, substance abuse, adolescents, families, domestic violence and sexual assault. She has been adjunct faculty and conducted workshops for the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections, the Oregon Medical Association and many others.
