Julianne Wenner

Ph.D.

Dr. Julianne Wenner is currently an Assistant Professor for the Department of Curriculum, Instruction, and Foundational Studies at Boise State University. She earned a Ph.D. in Science Education and an Interdisciplinary Qualitative Studies Graduate Certificate from the University of Georgia, a M.S. in Science Education from Montana State University, and a B.S. in Elementary Education with minors in Special Education and Women’s Studies from Miami University. Dr. Wenner’s research currently focuses on teacher leadership, elementary science education, and equitable science achievement. She is currently a member of the American Education Research Association, the National Association for Research in Science Teaching, the Association for Science Teacher Education, and the National Science Teacher’s Association.
