Jeanne M. Farr is a respected nonprofit leader, recognized for her passionate advocacy, leadership expertise and business skill. She has been in executive management positions for over 30 years and has multiple awards honoring her exceptional professional contributions to society. Jeanne currently serves as the CEO of NADD. NADD is an international not-for-profit membership association established for professionals, care providers and families to promote understanding of and services for individuals who have intellectual disabilities and mental health needs. The mission of NADD is to provide leadership in the expansion of knowledge, training, policy and advocacy for mental health practices that promote a quality life for individuals with dual diagnosis (IDD/MI) in their communities.
Jeanne serves on a variety of nonprofit boards, university and state advisory committees. She is Vice President of the Board of the National Alliance for Direct Care Professionals (NADSP), Board Member of the Coalition for Equal Access for Girls, Vice Chair of the Board of Ripple Effect Images, President of the Board of EduCongo, and serves on the Advisory Board for the School of International Studies at University of the Pacific.
In 2007, Jeanne completed a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Relations from the School of International Studies at the University of the Pacific. In 2008, Jeanne founded Coexistence Collaborative, a social enterprise, dedicated to fostering intercultural understanding and effectiveness focusing on organizational consultation, leadership, cross-cultural and diversity training, and intercultural executive coaching. Jeanne has completed executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School and the Kellogg School of Business.
