October 25, 2018    2:15  -  3:30

Unlike other therapies or programs, the objective of ACT is not to eliminate difficult thoughts or feelings; but rather how to be present in what life brings, engaging in behaviors that align with our values and desires. Through increasing psychological flexibility and bringing more vitality and meaning to life, one learns to take action aligned with their personal values and goals.

In this 2-part session series we will outline the principals and practices within ACT and how you can start utilizing them to bring meaningful life changes and relief from emotional and behavioral challenges.
