Where is the Student Union Building on the Boise State Campus?

The Student Union Building is located on the east end of the campus closest to Broadway Ave. at 1700 University Drive, Boise, ID 83725.

Where do I park?

Parking is included in your registration and is available in the Lincoln Avenue Garage directly across the street from the Student Union Building.

Can I smoke on campus?

For the health of our community, Boise State University is smoke-free. The smoke-free policy covers all university-owned or controlled buildings, property, vehicles and parking lots, the Friendship Bridge and Greenbelt section adjacent to campus.

Who can attend the conference?

Administrators, Certified Family Home Providers, Counselors, Human Resource Professionals, Developmental Specialists, Direct Support Personnel, Employment Specialists, Habilitative Interventionists, Job Mentors/Coaches, Mental Health Professionals, Government Officials, Parents, Self Advocates, Service Coordinators, Social Workers, Supervisors, Supported Living Staff, Teachers, Therapy Technicians, Care Givers and you!

When will the schedule be finalized?

The final schedule will be posted by June 1st. It will include breakouts, keynotes and information on the speaker and session description.

What areas of interest are available?

We have many areas of focus for our conference participants, including Autism, Employment, Developmental Disabilities, Creative Therapies, Behavioral Intervention, Managed Care, Supervision/Leadership, Mental Health and Spectrum Disorder tracks.

Are CEU’s available for this conference?

Yes, we offer CEU certificates for our professional participants looking to maintain their licensure. CEU certificates will be part of your registration materials. CEUs being offered include the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and Human Resource Certification Institute® (HRCI®).

CEUs are not offered for all sessions and CEU hours vary.

How much does your conference cost?

What payment types do you accept?

You can pay using a credit card or check/payment order.

Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard

Check/PO: Checks should be made out to Community Partnerships of Idaho and mailed to: Community Partnerships of Idaho, 3076 N. Five Mile Rd., Boise, ID 83713.

Please put conference registration in the memo section of the check.

Is there a refund policy?

Conference registrants canceling their registration on or before September 14, 2017 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a $20 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after September 14th.

What if I’m traveling and need accommodations?
Our host hotel this year is the Springhill Suites by Marriott, 424 E. Parkcenter Blvd. For information on hotel rates, please click here.
What if I have a special need or dietary restriction?

Every effort will be made to accommodate a special request, but not guaranteed. Please indicate on your registration form if you have a special need or request. We do provide gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options at breaks and meals.

Photo/Recording Waiver

There may be photography, audio or video recording at the conference. By entering the event premises you give consent to the use of your photograph, likeness or video or audio recording in whole or in part without restriction or limitation for any educational, promotional, or any purpose for distribution in The Idaho Partnerships Conference on Human Services online and printed publications or any publication in other media and release Community Partnerships of Idaho, their officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. If you do not want to be photographed or videotaped, please notify the individuals capturing the information.
